Mission
Your mission at Kando will be to build a conversational agent capable of gathering and processing information.
The agent will interact verbally with the user. You will be responsible for developing other machine learning based applications for audio and/or text data.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
● Develop modules for dialog systems (ASR, dialog management and speech synthesis) - voice and text and the main modalities of interest
● Manage the prototyping, implementation, testing and production ready stages of machine learning based systems
● Manage the data collection and data processing to create datasets for training and testing machine learning-based systems
Required skills:
● Excellent python coding skills
● Experience in machine learning systems implementation
● The candidates should be able to handle some popular machine learning toolkits, frameworks and libraries like tensorflow, pytorch, ONNX, huggingface's transformers library, MLOps platforms, etc. - they would ideally be comfortable using both tensorflow and pytorch.
Preferred skills:
● With background in NLP and Or speech processing:
● strong theoretical background
● ideally experience with NLP libraries and generative models
● ideally experience with ASR, speaker recognition, speech synthesis, speaker diarization
● Experience with chatbot and agent creation tools such as Dialogflow, RASA, etc.
● Experience with the use of docker
● Experience with MLOps methodology and implementation
● Experience with database technologies (SQL or No-SQL)

Mission
- Développer des modules pour la construction d’un agent vocal (ASR, gestion du dialogue et de la synthèse vocale) - Voix et texte.
- Gérer les différentes étapes de prototypage, d’installation, de test et de production des systèmes de Machine Learning.
- Gérer la collecte et le traitement des données afin de créer des datasets pour l'entraînement et le test des systèmes de Machine Learning.
Compétences requises
- Excellente compétence en codage Python
- Expérience dans la mise en place de systèmes de Machine Learning
- Maîtriser les outils de Machine Learning (TensorFlow, Pytorch, ONNX, huggingface’s transformers library, MLOps platforms, …)
- Accent sur TensorFlow et Pytorch
Compétences souhaitées
- Expérience en NLP et traitement de la parole
- Solide bagage théorique
- Idéalement, expérience avec les bibliothèques NLP et des modèles génératifs
- Expérience ASR, reconnaissance du locuteur, synthèse de la parole
- Expérience avec les outils de création de chatbots et d'agents vocaux tels que
DialogFlow, RASA,...
- Expérience de l’utilisation de docker
- Expérience et mise en oeuvre de la méthodologie MLOps
- Expérience avec les technologies de base de données (SQL ou No-SQL)
