Context
The small and dynamic Marketing Team of DPAM, the Asset Management Company of Degroof Petercam, is looking for an Event Manager, a new role that will report to the Head of Marketing at DPAM.

Your Position- You oversee all planning, organizing and supporting all DPAM events for clients and prospects across Europe.
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, such as your colleagues within the marketing team, the sales teams, presenters, Compliance, etc.
- Event organization includes, but is not limited to, the sending of invitations as well as handling post-event communication, organizing venue and catering, centralizing all material (collateral, booth, presentation, goodies, roll-ups, etc.) and coordinating with our print and delivery department, following up all technical requirements for webinars or hybrid events, coordinate with speakers, follow up on surveys…
- Build a network of reliable and competent suppliers (catering / locations / technical).
- In collaboration with the marketing team or local sales team, you take into account a specific audience, budget and timing while ensuring the quality of the events.
- You are responsible for monitoring the statistics and KPIs of your events (success factors / failures / recommendations).
- We organize digital (studio), live (on site) or hybrid events. Some travel across Europe will be required, as well as your on-site attendance at morning or evening events.
- You report to the Head of Marketing at DPAM.
Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- You are flexible and have excellent organization skills.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid of doing logistical/admin work.
- Perfect knowledge and understanding of English, both spoken and written.
- You are at ease with digital tools. We use CRM Microsoft 365, Cisco Webex, Livestorm (webinars), Microsoft Power BI, the project management tool monday.com, ShareFile, the Microsoft suite, Adobe... Experience with any of these tools is an advantage, not a must.
- You are proactive and do not hesitate to share your knowledge to improve the processes put in place within the team.
- You are resistant to stress and know how to act in unexpected situations.
- As a born team player, you jump in where necessary and support the development and improvement of our event organization.
