Your new role
- Provide second-line support to internal users for IT-related hardware, software, accesses, and processes
- Troubleshoot problems in/via the ticketing system (ServiceNow) but also by telephone or in person
- Provide support for other services within DB&T
- Be deployed on IT projects
Your profile
- Commitment and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge and affinity with IT

- Fluency in Dutch and French, with English as an asset
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an eye for detail
